National Center for Functional Glycomics (NCFG) is a US National Center focusing on the technology dissemination and service in the glycosciences with an emphasis on exploring the molecular mechanisms of glycan recognition by proteins important in human biology and disease.

Glyco@ExPaSy

As a member of the GlySpace Alliance, this is a Gateway to multiple resources, a part of Swiss Institute of Bioinformatics (SIB) resources; also includes GlyConnect. (see: Expasy, which provides multiple resources including Glyco@ExPaSy).

GlyCosmos

As a member of the GlySpace Alliance, this portal provides Glycome database Supported by the  Japanese Society of Carbohydrate Research (JSCR).

Glyco3D

A portal with multiple databases including databases with glycan and lectin structures.

GlyGen

As a member of the GlySpace Alliance, this project aims at data integration and dissemination.

KEGG Glycan

Gateway to multiple resources including genes and diseases.

NCFG

Gateway to multiple resources for glycome research. This also provides access to the legacy data generated by the Consortium of Function Glycomics (CFG).

RINGS

This provides algorithmic and data mining tools to aid glycobiology research.
